We are delighted to introduce our brand new ‘Taste Collective’ – world-class bartender Rich Woods, incredible chef Sophie Michell and cookery writer & food stylist Rosie Birkett. Leaders in their respective fields, our ambassadors will be creating useful how-to’s on everything from delicious food and impressive cocktails to dinner party hosting through a series of helpful videos.

Rich Woods, otherwise known as ‘The Cocktail Guy, is an award-winning master in mixology

Sophie has been a chef for over 20 years, and was the youngest Executive Chef in the UK when she joined 5 star hotel Belgraves in 2016

Sophie will create delicious recipes appealing to foodie consumers nationally, using ingredients that mirror the rich provenance of the ingredients in
